About The Position
The Gateway to Your Future Gateway is seeking a Ticket Usher who delivers an exceptional customer service excellence in seating and assisting patrons in our entertainment complex. Requirements
- Previous ticket usher or similar experience considered an asset.
- Previous experience in an entertainment capacity preferred (i.e. theatre, concert venues, etc.).
- Able to deal with customer concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible to work all shifts as required.
- Ability to handle high volume and a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greets patrons and employ exceptional customer service skills.
- Provides direction and check ticket validity using handheld palm pilot.
- Seats patrons in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensures adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures, including the ability to work closely with Security.
- In the event of an emergency, assists patrons in a safe and organized manner.
- Participates in crowd control duties as needed.
