About The Position
As a Ticket Scanner, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process for patrons by scanning tickets and providing excellent customer service. You will be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience at the venue.

Responsibilities
- Scan tickets (physical and digital) upon entry to the venue.
- Verify ticket validity and assist guests with any ticketing issues.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even during busy events.
- Provide clear and concise directions to patrons.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all venue policies and procedures.
