Texas Athletics Ticket Office is looking for individuals to provide a quality customer service experience while assisting customers with ticket sales and mobile resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be available for varied hours, including but not limited to - mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Must have computer skills and experience
- Demonstrate ability to take and accurately follow instructions
- Must be able to maintain a friendly, service attitude at all times.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in ticketing operations
- Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics
- Assist with daily inbound communication via phone, online chat, and email
- Take part in the programming, charging, and placing of ticketing pedestals and handheld scanner placements for athletics events.
- Assist with daily email and troubleshooting for the Texas Sales & Service team.
- Aide in ticketing system maintenance and projects.
- Support with gameday ticket office duties as needed.
- Other duties as needed
