Minimum age: 18 Pay Rate: Hours: 32 hours per week on average Timeline: January - October JOB SUMMARY: The Ticket Operations Assistant is a part-time position that provides support to the Ticket Operations staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high-volume of requests and demands on game days and non-game days. The Texas Rangers, a professional baseball team located in Arlington, Texas since 1972, are committed to providing a fun and safe atmosphere for families and fans, a passion for baseball that extends to all levels of ballpark staff, and a commitment by players and the front office to field a competitive team that plays to win. Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and sales staff.
• Lead support for fans using MLB ballpark App.
• Assist Box Office and Phone Room Managers with day-to-day operations.
• Assist guests by resolving ticket purchase errors.
• Secure payment for ticket sales and process distribution of tickets.
• Process and execute game tickets requests.
• Box Office and Phone support for non-baseball related events held at Globe Life Field.
• All other duties as assigned.
