The Ticket Operations Assistant is a part-time position that provides support to the Ticket Operations staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high-volume of requests and demands on game days and non-game days. Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and sales staff.
  • Lead support for fans using MLB ballpark App.
  • Assist Box Office and Phone Room Managers with day-to-day operations.
  • Assist guests by resolving ticket purchase errors.
  • Secure payment for ticket sales and process distribution of tickets.
  • Process and execute game tickets requests.
  • Box Office and Phone support for non-baseball related events held at Globe Life Field.
  • All other duties as assigned.
