About The Position

The Philadelphia Eagles are seeking academic interns for the Spring 2027 season to learn the intricacies of NFL Ticket Operations, Season Ticket Member Experience, and Fan Services Departments. This internship is designed for students who can receive academic credit and require full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, and select holidays. Two groups of interns will be selected: Ticket Operations/Season Ticket Member Experience Interns or Game Day Staff Operations Interns, based on experience and interest. The internship runs from early January 2027 through mid-May 2027. Interns will work under the direct supervision of full-time staff in their respective areas.

Requirements

  • Must be able to receive academic credit.
  • Must have full time availability, Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekend events, and holidays when necessary.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming calls and emails to the Ticket Office and assist visitors at the ticket windows.
  • Manage and maintain customer and season ticket member accounts.
  • Learn and use the Archtics ticketing system for account updates and management.
  • Assist with data entry including SBL information, customer information, and financial information.
  • Assist ticket managers with all non-Eagles events including event set-up, ticket on-sales, and distribution.
  • Assist in the response of fan suggestions, questions, complaints or comments via phone and email.
  • Assist in operational support of Guest Services locations.
  • Support the lost and found program, including logging, returning and donating items.
  • Work all exclusive Season Ticket Member events, all Eagles games, and any other special events held at Lincoln Financial Field.
  • Assist staff within the Ticket Operations, Fan Services, and Season Ticket Member Experience Departments with day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as front desk support at the NovaCare Complex by welcoming visitors, coordinating visitor sign-ins, and handling incoming calls to the front office.
  • Assist with day-to-day Game Day Staff communication via phone and email.
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Become proficient in ABI MasterMind program and assist in updating event schedules and employee files for Game Day Staff.
  • Assist with event day preparation, including organizing materials, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Assist with the Lincoln Financial Field Linc Legends Incentive Program.
  • Support the Fan Experience and Game Day Staff Experience team with planning, logistics, and execution of Game Day Staff Hiring, Game Day Staff Trainings, Game Day Staff Appreciation Days, and Game Day Staff Post-Season Party.
  • Assist staff within the Ticket Operations, Guest Services, and Season Ticket Member Experience Departments with day-to-day operations.
  • Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field as well as Game Day Staff related events.
