Position Overview : As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, you will be responsible for installing and wiring 12-volt electrical components, water hoses, hatches, doors, dashes, pumps, engines etc. for all boat models. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Requirements

  • Dependable attendance is required.
  • Read a tape measure.
  • Be able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Work overtime to meet production needs.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous history in wiring, boating and mechanical field.

Responsibilities

  • Aptitude to learn mechanical components and assembly.
  • Ability to understand electrical wiring schematics, work orders, and work instructions while being highly organized in part assembly while installing various parts.
  • Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools.
  • Shape, mount, cut, clamp and install various fittings.
  • Work in an innovative team environment to produce the highest quality of aluminum boats on the market.
  • Good time management.
  • Perform general housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Operate and maintain hand and power tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
