About The Position

Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry that exists to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every position is considered essential in fulfilling the ministry's Mission Statement, and employees must have a relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. This role offers a positive and faith-filled work environment with a meaningful purpose, allowing employees to make a real difference behind the scenes as part of a mission-driven team. The position involves prayer and devotions with co-workers and offers set schedules. The associate will be part of the Rebuilt Store, which requires lifting and some knowledge of construction.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
Operate the register as scheduled.
Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
Process donations according to policy.
Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
Be part of staff meetings and team building.
