Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in security analysis, intelligence, customer success or a similar field in cyber security.
Experience in managing internal or external customer-facing projects, and working with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
5 years of cyber threat intelligence analysis experience.
5 years of experience in responding to security problems in aimed environments, security alerts, analysis and response.
Demonstrated experience in cloud security delivered within the context of customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focused on security, understanding their needs and challenges.
Deliver insightful technical briefings on the latest security trends, including threat intelligence and malware analysis.
Solve intricate technical challenges with ambiguous requirements, developing innovative and effective solutions.
Provide timely and effective support for critical incidents and customer issues outside of standard business hours.
Partner with various teams and stakeholders across departments to achieve shared goals.
