About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as Third Party Risk & Site Management - Director (AVP equivalent) to manage the day to day operations, infrastructure oversight, audits, and risk compliance of Offsite Delivery Centers (ODCs) across EMEA and Americas. This role serves as the primary point of contact for site level governance, escalations, and incident management, ensuring ODCs operate in line with Firm control frameworks and regulatory requirements. In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director (P3) level position within the Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties / vendors. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT or infrastructure operations, vendor oversight, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of third-party governance, offsite delivery models, and site-level operations.
  • Working knowledge of ODC infrastructure, including network topology, server connectivity, data-flow dependencies, physical security, power, and connectivity considerations.
  • Hands-on experience conducting audits or risk assessments; familiarity with risk frameworks preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analysis, and executive-level communication; exposure to Power BI or Tableau exposure preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple ODC locations as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the establishment, modification, and decommissioning of ODC sites across EMEA and Americas, acting as the primary contact for site-level governance, escalations, and incident management.
  • Partner with Service Owners, vendors, MSCS, and Technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure coverage, asset tracking, issue resolution, and capacity planning across the ODC lifecycle.
  • Oversee ODC infrastructure health, including physical security, power, connectivity, seating, scalability, and future space requirements.
  • Understand network topology, server connectivity, and data-flow dependencies within ODC environments; identify design gaps or infrastructure risks and coordinate proactive remediation.
  • Lead on-site ODC assessments and audits, ensuring adherence to Firm control frameworks and regulatory requirements, and driving remediation with third-party vendors and internal control teams.
  • Monitor business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, including real-time tracking and reporting of external events impacting ODC delivery.
