The Third-Party Information Analyst is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to the onboarding, periodic review, and offboarding of third- and fourth-party relationships in accordance with bank policy and with the aid of the third-party vendor management software. The Third-Party Analyst works with Business Owners within the bank, as well as Subject Matter Experts, to receive documentation required for approvals. This may include but is not limited to information security reviews, reputation reviews, information technology approvals, financial reviews, OFAC reviews, and approvals from legal counsel regarding any contracts or Terms of Service. Documentation is stored and accessible in the vendor management software in accordance with the Bank’s policy. The qualified candidate will be remarkably detail-oriented, exhibit clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels, function easily in multiple digital environments, and be proficient at maintaining a revolving calendar with multiple data points. The Third-Party Analyst will answer questions and troubleshoot when needed, provide process assistance, be available and responsive, and provide ongoing assistance to ensure our third party vendor relationship list and central files are up to date in our vendor management software system.
