The Third-Party Operations Senior Professional provides senior level operational leadership within TPMS Operations & Technology, supporting the execution of complex operational processes, strategic initiatives, and future procurement and sourcing activities. This role partners closely with Senior Management, oversees priority projects, and may provide day to day guidance and oversight for Operations Professionals. Lead and manage multiple complex operational and cross functional projects, including process redesign, technology enhancements, and regulatory support initiatives. Support department management in planning, prioritization, quality review, and execution of departmental objectives. Provide operational oversight and guidance to Operations Professionals. Drive operational consistency, risk awareness, and issue resolution across Third Party workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders in Risk, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Business lines to support enterprise initiatives. Support audit, regulatory, and issue remediation activities. Contribute to new process and/or system enhancement requirements for Procurement, Sourcing, and Third-Party Risk activities. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including operational metrics, reporting, and technology enablement. Review and approve critical documentation, written materials, procedures, job aids, and internal communications. Support the departments governance documentation and risk and control documentation and assessments. Support leadership presentations, reporting, and materials for committees, audits, exams, and governance forums. Assist with training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness across the team. Oversee the centralized contract and documentation repository, ensuring strong governance, audit readiness, version control, and adherence to standards. Provide oversight for central mailbox operations, ensuring timely response, appropriate routing, and consistent resolution of requests. Review and guide complex inquiries (e.g., NDAs, IRQ questions, scoping discussions), escalating items for leadership decision as needed.
