Quality Foods, a B.C. owned and operated company since 1982, is seeking a Third Manager for its Westshore store in Victoria, BC. Requirements

2-3 years of experience serving customers.
Food Safe Certification.
A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.

Nice To Haves

Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading a team, acting as a coach, mentor, and resource to team members.
Fostering a positive environment that is focused on Always Customer First service.
Supporting the store’s management team with team member relations.
Holding departments accountable for operational standards.
Using knowledge of the community, competitive environment, and industry to develop entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business.
Communicating key messages to the store’s management team and team members.
Ensuring accurate stocktaking in the department(s).
