Third Keyholder
About The Position
ECCO, a premier Footwear company, is hiring for a Third Keyholder to join their Retail Team. The Third Keyholder will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a World Class shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in managing store merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational and administrative excellence, and providing training, coaching, and professional development for the store team. The role also involves ensuring compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, assigning goals, motivating employees, and communicating information to management and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize, superior organization and follow-up skills, and act as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to ECCO's culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability are essential. The Third Keyholder will serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating effective selling skills on the sales floor.
