About The Position

ECCO, a premier Footwear company, is hiring for a Third Keyholder to join their Retail Team. This role is responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world-class shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in managing store merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational and administrative excellence, and providing training and coaching for the store team. The Third Keyholder will also ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, assign goals, motivate employees, and communicate relevant information to management and staff.
