This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.

Requirements

• Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
• 2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs
• Effective time management and analytical skills
• Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms.

Responsibilities

• Debriefing team on key objectives and deliverables
• Analyzing KPI reports and coaching team to successfully hit metrics
• Ensuring effective communication with team and store management
• Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders
• Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks
