About The Position

This role is for a 2nd Shift Thermoplastic Technician in Fabrication. The shift is 4 days, 10 hours, from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. The company designs and manufactures radiation oncology medical devices to ensure more accurate, comfortable treatment for cancer patients. Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
At least 1-year related experience and/or training.
Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.
Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Strong attention to detail.
Quality minded.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely production of products with direction.
Efficiently package and label orders for shipping.
Adhere to work instructions for the bonding, gluing, and packaging of thermoplastic products.
Inspect products for defects and report any issues immediately.
Prioritize work with a sense of urgency based on patient and provider needs, in cooperation with production planning.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
Receive and transfer products through internal software system.
Generate labels as needed.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
