About The Position

Performs electronic and mechanical duties supporting thermal vacuum (TVAC) testing. Troubleshoots, calibrates, and adjusts test controls, and maintains thermal and TVAC chamber systems and support equipment. Works from engineering drawings, written procedures, and verbal instructions from Tech Leads. Operates thermal and TVAC-related equipment for testing activities, conducts tests, and collects data in the prescribed format. Performs test setup and teardown activities, including critical moves, and instrumentation setup for TVAC testing. Performs MGSE assembly for test configurations and supports testing of electronic and mechanical systems.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR regulations: a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual.
• Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust test controls for thermal and TVAC chamber systems.
• Ability to maintain thermal and TVAC chamber systems and support equipment.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings, written procedures, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to operate thermal and TVAC-related equipment.
• Ability to conduct tests and collect data in the prescribed format.
• Ability to perform test setup and teardown activities, including critical moves.
• Ability to perform instrumentation setup for testing.
• Ability to perform MGSE assembly for test configurations.
