The Process Engineer is responsible for identifying waste products and evaluating, developing, specifying, justifying, installing and implementing process improvements to increase production capacity, improve operating reliability, reduce operating costs, conserve raw materials, improve product yields and improve product quality. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving reliability, performance, and longevity of critical process equipment across thermal treatment and hazardous waste processing systems. This role focuses on proactive maintenance engineering, failure analysis, and equipment optimization, rather than daily operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong mechanical engineering foundation, hands-on troubleshooting ability, and working knowledge of process controls, instrumentation, and industrial systems. This position partners closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to identify risks, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement.
