This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As part of a hardworking team of engineers, you will contribute to the definition and development of spacecraft thermal control systems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and often uncertain environment, contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating personal leadership, technical competence, and attention to detail. You will work directly with vehicle design team as part of the Human Landing System (HLS). You will play a key role in developing the Lunar Transportation system that will return humans to the Moon, this time to stay. The Thermal Analysis Engineer III works within the Thermal Subsystem Team. You will be responsible for performing and leading vehicle and module level thermal analysis tasks and delivering related products. This person will work closely with the thermal hardware designers and across all other vehicle subsystems to ensure successful execution of the Thermal Subsystem in the larger spacecraft and mission. Contribute to a team of Thermal Engineers simultaneously developing groundbreaking lunar vehicles.
