Requirements
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
- Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in the field of human services preferred
Responsibilities
- Implements therapy programs to include instruction and monitoring prescribed by the OT/PT/Speech Therapist
- Provides physical and nutritional management monitoring to ensure compliance with each individual’s plan
- Completes documentation according to regulatory requirements
- Maintains inventory of adaptive equipment, ensures cleanliness and that all items are in good repair
- Performs all other duties as assigned
