About The Position

Kirby Medical Center is seeking a patient-focused Therapy Technician to assist the therapy team in providing excellent patient care. The role includes preparing treatment areas and equipment, transporting patients to their designated therapists, organizing supplies, scheduling patients, and providing customer service.

This is a full-time position in Therapy Services in Monticello, Illinois, with a 40-hour workweek. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no holiday requirement. Salary is $16.38–$24.57, dependent on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
• Basic knowledge of therapy equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification preferred.
