This position involves participating in and overseeing non-clinical supportive activities related to the administration of routine therapeutic treatments. These activities are delegated by and supervised by a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), who retains responsibility for patient care and supervision of support personnel. The role includes implementing therapy programs, communicating patient responses to supervisors, encouraging home treatment regimens, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and promoting the center's structure, culture, and philosophy. Additionally, the position requires effective communication skills, daily cleaning and infection control, and assistance with inventory management and supply restocking.
