About The Position
SOL Mental Health is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care in a collaborative, clinician-centered team. The role includes clinical supervision of associate and licensed therapists and direct management of a designated therapist cohort. The supervisor will maintain a reduced caseload while balancing leadership responsibilities and preserving clinical skills.
Requirements
- Active, independent LCSW license in New York.
- 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities
- Communicate and implement company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team.
- Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
- Coordinate care transitions and referrals within SOL and with external providers.
- Maintain a reduced caseload and provide direct patient care.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to associate and licensed therapists.
- Directly manage a designated therapist cohort.
- Participate in the hiring process.
- Identify training needs for clinical team members.
- Lead case consultation sessions.
