Exceptional Rehab at Charlestown Place at New Albany is HIRING! Join an Exceptional team - this role is part of the Therapy Team!!!! Now hiring PRN Therapy Restorative Assistant. Must be a CNA Primary Need is one Weekend Day!! Must be a licensed CNA in Indiana What You'll Do: Work closely with our residents to help them regain mobility, strength, and overall wellness through exercise programs. Encourage and motivate our residents during their exercises—your positive energy makes all the difference! Collaborate with our amazing therapy team to develop and implement restorative programs that make recovery enjoyable and effective. What We're Looking For: A compassionate and fun-loving personality Previous experience as a CNA, Restorative Aide, or similar (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!) A positive attitude and love for helping others Flexibility, reliability, and a team spirit Ability to keep things light and upbeat even during challenging days! Certifications: Must be a Licensed State Tested Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Indiana with Restorative Aide experience.
