Medtronic is seeking a committed professional for a remote Therapy Development Specialist position in Pelvic Health, covering the New England region. The candidate must reside within the territory and be able to drive to multiple accounts. This role is crucial for the successful introduction and adoption of new Overactive Bladder (OAB) therapies. The specialist will provide in-depth technical support and guidance to healthcare professional (HCP) teams to build confidence and capability in innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will be energized by partnering with HCPs, motivated to expand patient access, possess a strong background in medical device technology, product and procedure expertise, therapy development experience, agility, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholders. This role requires over 50% travel within the assigned district and potentially outside of it. Medtronic's Pelvic Health portfolio offers therapies for overactive bladder, non-obstructive urinary retention, and fecal incontinence, including SNM systems (InterStim X™️, InterStim™️ Micro) and the PTNM system (NURO™️). The goal is to expand access to these therapies and introduce new ones to help millions of people regain their lives.
