About The Position

Relient Health is seeking an experienced, licensed therapy professional to serve as Therapy Coordinator at a skilled nursing facility in Salina, Kansas. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership role for a PTA or COTA who will guide the rehabilitation team, improve patient outcomes, and support high-quality patient care. The coordinator will oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, promoting clinical excellence, efficient operations, and a supportive environment for patients and staff. The position is Monday through Friday. The estimated rate is approximately $30–$35 per hour, depending on discipline, experience, and facility size. The role is described as permanent placement.

Requirements

Active or eligible credentials as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA); applicants must be licensed therapy professionals.
Licensed PTA or COTA in Kansas.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff.
Skill in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of management or supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
