This is a full-time position implementing instructional programs and evidence-based treatment protocols in a classroom setting (group, dyad, and 1:1) under the oversight of the Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, the MICC Teacher, or Speech-Language Pathologist. The Therapy Assistant will interact with children to encourage language, social, and self-regulatory development. This role also involves collecting progress and treatment response data, assisting with classroom organization, preparing teaching materials, and aiding with parent communication and training.
