Primary Purpose: Provides assistance to therapist and leadership to support staff to enhance the patient's healing process, recovery and return to independence. Requirements

• Must have two years of experience in a rehabilitative or healthcare setting.
• May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute the experience requirements.
• Must have a current Heartsaver CPR course completion card within 90 days of hire and/or placement in job from one of the following: o American Heart Association o American Red Cross Rescuer o Military Training Network.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to utilize required software for assigned department.
• Must be able to demonstrate patient valued/patient centered care.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in meeting age related and handicapped patients' needs.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of treatment equipment.
• Must be familiar with hospital environment.
