About The Position
The Therapy Aide position assists the Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to organize and carry out appropriate therapy programs for individual clients in accordance with current federal, state and facility standards, guidelines, and regulations. This position contributes to the overall functions and smooth performance of day to day operations in the therapy areas as the aid supports the therapy and education plans for individuals to achieve maximum growth and achievement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum one-year experience and/or knowledge of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services preferred.
- Minimum one-year experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Minimum one-year experience with therapy equipment, such as but not limited to, wheelchairs, standers, communication devices, etc. preferred.
- Passing our mandatory drug test, background checks, I-9 document verification, and compliance to our mandatory flu policy.
