About The Position
In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to float to any of the 10 different Day Institutes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current State Driver’s License in good standing required
- Class E license allowing for the operation of the shuttle bus prior to start date.
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification
- First aid certification
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
Responsibilities
- Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
- Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
- Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
- Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
