You will conduct phone therapy, video telehealth, and face-to-face interviews for assessments and therapeutic support. Sessions may be in office or in the community. Maintaining case records and reports according to agency policies and state guidelines is crucial. You will also participate in case consultations, development and planning activities for the Counseling Program, conduct clinical assessments, and provide crisis interventions as needed. Meeting monthly productivity targets and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies are key responsibilities. Travel to various Catholic Charities sites and other locations may be required.
