Columbia River Mental Health Services (CRMHS) is seeking Therapists to join their growing team. CRMHS provides comprehensive behavioral health and recovery services to children, adults, and families in SW Washington. They are the largest and oldest not-for-profit provider of mental/chemical dependency treatment in the region, with a history dating back to 1942 and 200 employees. Their mission is to transform lives through behavioral health and recovery services. The PACT Therapist / Mental Health Professional (MHP) is a crucial part of a multidisciplinary team, offering intensive, integrated services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who face significant challenges in living independently. This role involves providing a spectrum of clinical services, including assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management, in both office and community settings (client homes, shelters, hospitals). The primary goal is to foster client recovery, community integration, and psychiatric stability by minimizing hospitalizations and incarcerations and improving overall quality of life.
