This is a full-time Adolescent Therapist position for an IOP/PHP Program. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing clinical services to individuals with behavioral health disorders. The therapist will apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop initial discharge plans. Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, or family sessions, creating and revising treatment plans, and maintaining documentation according to professional standards. The therapist will manage a caseload, participate in treatment team meetings, and collaborate with staff. Services may be provided in inpatient or outpatient settings, and may include case management, discharge, or aftercare planning.
