Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Therapist with our Vantage Point North Program in American Fork, Utah! With a competitive wage of $30.26–$44.47/hour, this role offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic support to youth ages 10–17 during times of crisis. Vantage Point is a short-term, voluntary youth crisis facility that provides a safe and supportive environment for youth experiencing family conflict, mental health challenges, trauma-related behaviors, suicidal thoughts, running away, risk of homelessness, or other challenges affecting their well-being. Therapists work with youth and families to help resolve conflict, develop effective coping strategies, and create a plan for moving forward while helping prevent unnecessary emergency room visits, law enforcement involvement, and escalation into other systems of care. Male applicants are preferred due to current program demand. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, Hours are Varied Compensation: $30.26–$44.47 DOE and Licensure
