About The Position
Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists all over Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099 position! We are committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. MUST BE WORKER'S COMP CERTIFIED OR WILLING TO BECOME CERTIFIED.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients
- Therapist license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
- MMR Titers within 5 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
- Worker's Comp certification
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
- Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
- Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
Benefits
- Pay per visit: $75 for 30 min
- $85 for 45 min
- $100 for 1 hour
