The Therapist I provides Clarvida approved therapeutic interventions to clients and families to affect identified needed changes as well as assist with case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) when needed. This role involves assessing clients on intake, conducting community client visitation, transporting clients, completing on-call duties, and providing therapeutic services including coping skills, behavior modification, parenting skills, and crisis intervention. The therapist will provide individual, group, and/or family therapy, work with treatment teams to create and update treatment plans, and serve as a liaison with other professionals and agencies. Additionally, the role requires attending supervision and treatment team meetings, supporting team members, completing clinical documentation within established time frames, and participating in peer audits and the Performance Quality Improvement Cycle.
