About The Position

Daybreak is seeking associate clinicians (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who are accruing post-graduate hours toward full licensure. This role offers a remote caseload, supervision support, flexible scheduling, and eliminates administrative burdens. Daybreak is designed to support clinicians at this career stage.

Requirements

• Active LPC or LSW in Illinois.
• Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours already completed.
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience.
• Active NPI and CAQH.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Illinois.
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
• Participate in case consultations.
• Contribute to clinical program development.
