About The Position

Provides outpatient therapy to adults and families, consultation to other employees, and communicates and works with other agencies and organizations. This role functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team, maintaining complete clinical records on all clients. Responsibilities include performing emergency services both during and after normal work hours, conducting team evaluations and treatment planning for clients, case staffing, and maintaining required paperwork for assigned clients. The role also involves the development of treatment plans for families and individuals.

Requirements

• Graduation from a college or university with a master’s degree in social work or counseling
• Knowledge and/or experience of the Recovery philosophies
• If unlicensed must be credentialed with MT Board of Behavioral Health as a Social Worker Licensure Candidate or Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate
• Some travel required
• Must have current MT Driver’s License
• Must have personal vehicle
• Must have current vehicle insurance
• Must pass Background Checks
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Checks

Nice To Haves

• Currently a LCSW or LCPC in Montana is preferred
