About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Therapist in the Children's Outpatient department, requiring 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule and evening availability. The role involves providing individual and family therapy, conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses and treatment plans, facilitating referrals for screenings, providing case management, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a Human Services Related Field
• Minimum of LAC/LSW required
• Minimum 1 year post master's experience

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy
• Conduct assessments, formulate diagnosis and preliminary treatment plan
• Facilitate referrals to those clients requiring a mental health/substance abuse screening and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Provide case management to assigned case load
• Develop the Comprehensive Treatment plan
