About The Position
RFS Behavioral Health is expanding its school-based therapy team throughout Ohio and is seeking licensed clinicians for meaningful work supporting children and adolescents in their daily school environment. The role involves providing a range of behavioral health services within schools, collaborating with various stakeholders, and maintaining clinical documentation. The company offers multiple opportunities across different Ohio communities, including Toledo, Sylvania, Bowling Green, and Marion.
Requirements
- Applicable Ohio behavioral health license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW)
- Interest in working with children and adolescents
- Willingness to provide school-based behavioral health services

Responsibilities
- Provide school-based behavioral health services
- Conduct individual therapy and other clinically appropriate services
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans

- Complete timely clinical documentation and coordinate care
