The Behavioral Health Division is seeking compassionate, mission-driven therapists to join their dynamic team. This role offers a supportive infrastructure to reduce administrative burdens, allowing therapists to focus on patient relationships and clinical excellence. The position involves supporting patients receiving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO (esketamine) treatment, collaborating with interventional psychiatry and other care teams, and educating patients throughout their treatment journey. Ascend Medical emphasizes an integrated care model for depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions, with opportunities for multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation.

Requirements

Active Georgia license (or license eligibility) in one of the following: LPC / APC, LCSW / LMSW, LMFT / AMFT, Psychologist, or other relevant behavioral health licensure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Providing therapeutic support and care coordination for patients receiving TMS and SPRAVATO
Collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care teams to support treatment outcomes
Educating and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey
Supporting an integrated care model focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions
Participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation
