About The Position

North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed, Full-time Therapist for its PHP Outpatient department. This role involves providing psychotherapy services to residents, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as facilitating treatment team reviews and documentation. The therapist will attend all treatment teams for assigned residents, participate in weekly clinical supervision, and coordinate multifamily/group/family education groups. The position also requires participation in staff training as needed and may involve on-call/weekend coverage. North Spring is a multifaceted behavioral healthcare system serving children and adolescents with a broad spectrum of psychiatric service needs, including a psychiatric residential treatment facility, a Partial Hospitalization Program, and an acute psychiatric hospital. It is part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), a large healthcare management company.

Requirements

Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education)
Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation
