Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Therapist with our Vantage Point North Program in American Fork, Utah! With a competitive wage of $30.26–$44.47/hour , this role offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic support to youth ages 10–17 during times of crisis. Vantage Point is a short-term, voluntary youth crisis facility that provides a safe and supportive environment for youth experiencing family conflict, mental health challenges, trauma-related behaviors, suicidal thoughts, running away, risk of homelessness, or other challenges affecting their well-being. Therapists work with youth and families to help resolve conflict, develop effective coping strategies, and create a plan for moving forward while helping prevent unnecessary emergency room visits, law enforcement involvement, and escalation into other systems of care. Male applicants are preferred due to current program demand.
