About The Position

This position provides outpatient clinical services to children and their families/caregivers. This role works collaboratively within the agency and with other mental health professionals, community partners and local, state and federal stakeholders. Utilizes Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) in delivery of client services. Options provides on the job training and supervision for FIT.

Requirements

Master's degree in a behavioral science.
Understanding of co-occurring disorders.
Related experience.
Must be a QMHP on the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) registry.
OR Meet eligibility qualifications to register with MHACBO.
OR Must be registered as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon or be licensed in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC or clinical Psychologist.
Cannot have received services from Options for Southern Oregon within the last 12 months.
Must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Must pass state-required background and DMV checks.
Possess a valid OR driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Must be able to work independently and flexibly, under general supervision.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Word and other MS Office applications.
Bilingual skills (Spanish) with certification of language proficiency test approved by the Oregon Health Authority meeting a proficiency level of “Intermediate High” or “Low Intermediate+”.

Responsibilities

Provides screenings, assessments and treatment planning, as well as individual, family, and group therapy.
May provide clinical direction to Skills Trainers and Case Management staff.
Utilizes appropriate evidence-based practices.
Submits timely documentation of services provided using Electronic Health Records and collaborative documentation.
Manages time and caseload effectively.
