About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Therapeutic Manager at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Walton Academy provides residential treatment to improve the lives of at-risk male youth through mental health and substance abuse services. They offer skills and opportunities in various fields such as Carpentry/Home Building, sports, and Culinary Arts. The program offers clinical supervision to qualified applicants. Walton Academy is a high-risk treatment-based residential program housing male youths between the ages of 13-19 years old.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or better in a related field.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB Test.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan.
