About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our clinical team in Sumner, Washington. This position is ideal for a professional who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. The SUDP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clients throughout the treatment and recovery process.
Requirements
- Current Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) credential
- Experience providing substance use disorder treatment services
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment environment
- Dependable, organized, and committed to ethical and client-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling
- Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as appropriate
- Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Coordinate with clinical, medical, case management, and operations staff to support continuity of care
- Maintain documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and appropriate therapeutic boundaries
