Lawrence Hall is a Chicago-based nonprofit social services agency that provides therapeutic, wellness, and skill development services to youth, families, and neighborhoods affected by lasting trauma. We foster healing and growth through empowerment, respect, safety, and teamwork. Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential program for DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8 - 18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. With a trauma-informed, outcomes-driven approach, we help youth heal from abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills they need to thrive. Be a source of healing and stability for youth who 've experienced trauma. As a Residential Therapist, you ' ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to young people ages 6 - 21 living in Lawrence Hall ' s residential program. You ' ll help them build coping skills, strengthen family connections, and move toward recovery.
