About The Position
Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for Eastern Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099 position. The company is committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. They are looking for individuals who are worker's comp certified or willing to become certified.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience
- NYS Therapist license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
- MMR Titers within 10 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #
- Worker's Comp certification
Nice To Haves
- Worker's Comp certified or willing to become certified
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
- Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
- Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
Benefits
- Pay per session: $75 for 30 mins, $100 for 1 hour
