We are seeking a compassionate and caring Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in Jacksonville, NC. Requirements

Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A);
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs).
Design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.
